Handling conservatorship / custody matters that may arise in divorces, paternity suits, or modification suits.

PROPERTY AGREEMENTS

Handling pre-marital agreements, post-martial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

MODIFICATIONS

Handling modification matters regarding custody, possession and access, child support and health insurance.

PATERNITY

Handling the establishment of paternity, including actions brought by the AG.

COLLABORATIVE LAW / MEDIATION

Handling divorce matters utilizing the collaborative law process. Serving as a mediator to assist families in resolving matters outside the coutroom.

CHILD SUPPORT

Handling the establishment, modification and AG review hearings/conferences of child support.

TERMINATION / ADOPTIONS

Handling uncontested termination and adoption matters, including step-parent adoptions and CPS adoptions.

CPS

Handling the representation of parents, either privately or by court appointment; the representation of intervenors; and representing children by court appointment.
